Am I being way too naive or blindly in love to believe this?

It sounds like you are having more doubts of did you really find Mr. Perfect or not and maybe you just don't want to believe it. I did marry my first boyfriend but one thing we did do was after a year or so of dating we broke up a few times and dated other people here and there. This helped us decide if we had really found the right person for us or not. Maybe you two should just try some time off from each other until you find your right answer.
