HELP! I just got my cat neutered, are his testicles suppose to look like this 10points?

don't stress, the dizziness and falling over is probably caused because the anithsethic hasn't worn off yet. it is normal for the shape to still be there because you only just got him neutered. Don't let him lick around the testicle area because it will get full of germs and get infected you can also buy an anisthetic cream to put around the testicle area. i hope i've helped :)
