Is this cadillac worth it?

Very nice car with a lot of aftermarket add ons. As to maintain a caddy yes they can be expensive to repair just like any other luxury car. For example the headlight covers can run up to $400 a piece.Also consider that if you have this car and want to trade it in the add ons dont mean a lot to a dealer since it may make the car even harder to sell to the general car buyer. Caddies a great rides and look great.
