Can i get into McGill university or the University of Toronto with a 1900 on my sats and a 3.8 GPA?

Probably solid enough. Best to give them a call on the SAT range they get - that's really not common knowledge here since our students don't have to take SATs for entry. It is expected for American students though, at least at U of T. Both are good schools though.
