Ebay question!!!!!!??

i won an item on ebay on the 22nd and payed for it right after. I have not recieved the item yet and the shipper told me he sent it off on the 25th. The shipping on the auction said 2-5 days. its been past that. Did he really send it off? What do I do? He won't answer my messages
