What are these symptoms of ?

For 3 days my throat hurt until I used this salve under my nose and on my throat. I also had a fever and was coughing a little bit and had a little headache. I went to bed at 10 last night and woke up at 7 this morning. I was really hot and dizzy and my head hurt. Then I threw up snot and it seems whenever I swallow when I have a runny nose that happens. Can anyone tell me if this is the flu or what?
