Citadel or Camarillo outlets?

I want to know which is better. I'm going for clothes for back to school. Citadel is closer to me, but I have read reviews that say Camarillo is better. Is it worth the extra drive? I usually go to the ones in Cabazon and love it. So, should I go to Citadel or Camarillo outlets (mid-August)? And are the ones in Cabazon better than both?
