Will someone help me with my awful skin, PLEASE! I'm so desperate!?

I have absolutely awful skin! Everyone says that it is not too bad, and that I'm just being dramatic. I have clogged pores all over my nose, blackheads, whiteheads under my lip, and like these terrible deep blackheads like they are really deep in and they are black and when I pop them, it turns into a white puss thing with red around it. I also have like bumps on my forehead and the occasional pimple or two. I really need some help because my self esteem is like almost a zero level and last night, I sat in front of the mirror and cried! A derm is not an option for me and nothing like proavtiv or anything. I need a product that I can buy in stores, I need a face wash, moisturizer, and a spot treatment.
