My apendix is hurting?

Ok i guess you would call it your apendix but my apendix is tender to touch also i hurts when i cough and sneeze. it hurts to move around bend over and it has this warm sensation feeling and when Im sitting down watching some toons my apendix area starts hurting like some one just punch me there so im not shure whats going on. Im 15 btw i had a similar situation about 1-2 months ago but they said it was nothing so please help
