Possible disability compensation for back pain through Veteran Affairs?

Pete without surgery your looking at 10% the VA makes thing so difficult they don't care about us nor do I think they ever will. Ive had 3 surgeries and Im still in unbelievable pain and all I get is 40%. I have an appeal in and they have been working on it for 3 years now. They suck because its a bunch of civilians that never served or experienced what we did so they definitely don't care its messed up but you just have to keep fighting. I got my senator involved so that may be the limit you have to take it to.
