I have to say a memorized speech in front of the middle school? I'm a puny 6th grader?

At my school,we have to say a declamation. A declamation is where we memorize an exert from a book and say it in front of the middle school. Well,everybody hates the book I chose,i'm really nervous. What do I do?? How can I say all that?
