I make a delicious blueberry crumb pie ( no top crust)...toss blueberries with sugar, cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Place in unbaked pie shell, top with a crumb mixture of flour, sugar, pinch of salt and softened er, well blended to form crumbs, sprinkle with cinnamin and bake- @ 350 for up to 1 hour, until crust is done and crumbs begin to brown.
