Please anyone who is knowledgeable about federal student loans (wachovia, sallie mae or dl) please help me.?

I have a masters degree which i completed and paid for with student federal loans (wachovia). Now I would like to go back to school to get an ociates as a crime scene technician (my masters is in criminal justice by the way) could i get a fed student loan to paid for my ociates?
