Why can't we write a manual to standardize the dating rules for men and women?

hahaha! u made me laugh!!! but to be serious buddy, it is impossible to apply ur invented rules in everyday relationships, coz we r all human beings and we can not control our emotions, can u imagine urself when u r put into ur bureaucracy frames, ah?!
