I had sugar before bedtime, messed up my sleep pattern, its 4am and i cant sleep help?
hi, basically because of partying i went to bed at 6am on the 1st jan, now its 4am on the 2nd and i cant sleep. i have eaten only crunchy nut cornflakes, a can of irn bru (caffiene in it =z) and some after eights through out the day after waking at 1pm. i need help. i feel a bit sick. my heart is beatingfast and i cant sleep, im supposed to be up for 9am and i only have 4 hrs and 11minutes left. would i benefit from getting up out of bed and joging around the garden or should i just close my eyes and will mself to sleep?
