Ok so I have had the displeasure of running into a few people lately, including the mother of my child, who have no accountability for their actions. I have an a/c adapter for a surveillance camera and it has an input of 120v ac and an output of 12v dc. I don't know what the current (amperage) is or how to find it. I also have a battery holder that holds 8 AA batteries. Two years ago, I backed up no less than 25 doents on a CD. I recently found the CD and wanted to put the doents on my computer, however, I've made a switch from Windows computers to a Mac. When I tried to pull up the files on my Mac, since I didn't have Microsoft Word, the original program that the files were written on, they wouldn't open. I put the CD in a friend's computer, and she runs off Vista, and while one file with pictures came up, when I opened the file for the doents, it wouldn't show any of the 25 files I had saved. Another friend still runs off Windows XP, and I loaded the CD up. Now the files will show, but when I try to open them, the computer tells me that they are "read only files" and that I may modify them, but only if I save it under a new name. I click yes, and another box pops up, asking me to "convert file format from", and while I've chosen the format that I know the file was created in, it tells me it's an unknown file format. Help?

We have a close group of friends. But they always gang up on me. If I have a disagreement with one friend, they all back her up. If I say something to someone, they get mad at me, but if a different girl in the group says it, it's fine. What is the problem with my iTunes?

Whenever I plug my iPod into my computer the iPod is recognized, but when I go the delete songs off the iPod the whole music list is in a pale shade of gray and it doesn't give the the option to delete them. I did a killer tricep workout yesterday, also might add (although completely irrelevant) that it was my first day using creatine, i seriously couldnt do anymore yesterday, I had whey protein after my work out and later that night i had Casein protein right before i went to bed....Is this why im not sore at all?

ok so in 6th and 7th grade i was a bit of a chubster haha and now in 8th grade im pretty thin. i do have a bit of belly fat tho haha. but my mom thinks im losing weight too fast. she thinks im too skinny even though i have that fat on my belly. the reason behind this though is because through 6th, 7th and 8th grade my drug use has escalated. like 6th grade i was a social pot smoker, 7th grade i was a stoner and a social drinker and now in 8th grade im one of the 3 biggest stoners at my school (keep in mind about a 3rd or more of the kids there smoke pot), i pop pills and go on drunk binges quite frequently. so i think shes concerned about my drug use and thinks thats why im too skinny. but im not! thats the thing. it would be different if i was like anorexic skinny but im not. i have chub haha. im 5'7 and 130 lbs. not too skinny in my opinion. so what do you guys think?? do you think shes just being too paranoid about this or is she right?

I served a mission in Ohio and i'm an idiot. Once a younger attractive woman answered the door in her lingerie. She seemed very interested in the message and invited us in. We asked if we could come back another time, but she insisted that it was ok. I made the mistake of saying ok, i thought she was interested, and my companion and i went in and taught her for one hour. She was in her lingerie the whole time. It was beyond awkward. I wasnt lusting after her. I was just extremely naive and didnt realize that it was as simple as saying "It wouldnt be appropriate for us to come in." I look back on that and i feel like an idiot.

Once a garment containing spandex has been overheated in the wash, is there any way to restore it?

A little accident with my washing machine means that trousers and jacket (of which I was particularly fond) got a dose of hotter water than intended. Now they're somewhat crinkled and ironing seems extremely difficult. Have I wrecked them forever, or is there a way to get them back to something resembling their former state? They are 63% nylon, 33% rayon and 4% spandex (but look like something much more 'natural'!!).

For 3 days my throat hurt until I used this salve under my nose and on my throat. I also had a fever and was coughing a little bit and had a little headache. My cat was recently diagnosed with "Feline Triad Disease". Guess it's a mild case, but would like to learn more. Not much info on the internet. It's also called trianitis. I just don't want to believe that this eventually becomes chronic. What causes this? The vet still hasn't confirmed the pancreatitis part, just the IBD and liver problems (although they did the exploratory surgery and his pancreas was slightly inflamed). Thanks for your help!

snails are totally necessary in a tank. they are one of the most important cleaners. they don't give diseases to the fish as far as I know. the only problem is if the become over populated cause they then produce more amonia that is bad for the whole tank. so as long as you control teir number they r a necessity of the life of your tank!

Need help finding the title of a book...?

I read a book a little over 3 years ago, and the title is a little fuzzy to me. At first I believed the title was Moonstone, after Yahooing and Googling I could not find what I was looking for, and to be honest I don't really know what the book was about but I will relay what I remember. Help with my hermit crab!?

I had 2 land hermit and 1 of them died from stress i think. The other one has dug under a piece of driftwood. I do not want to disturb him because i don't want to stress him too. I've had the other one for about a month now. He doesn't come up for food or water. I don't want him to die. My tank is huge and beautiful full of many things to do i have climbing plants and vines fresh and salt water. Humidity and temperature is good. I know need to buy more hermit crab but its hard to living in the m because hermit don't flourish here and i try to save them from the pet store this is my goal. With the car warned up and running cheak the transmission dip stick you dip stick and see if it had fluid. It does sound like a transmission problem. Pete without surgery your looking at 10% the VA makes thing so difficult they don't care about us nor do I think they ever will. Ive had 3 surgeries and Im still in unbelievable pain and all I get is 40%. I have an appeal in and they have been working on it for 3 years now. Showing Females in Heat at Performance Trials - Does Your Club Allow?

The Australian Shepherd Club of America allows females in season to compete in all the performance trials, and it's quite common in AKC shows as a whole to have females in heat in the conformation ring. The various Schutzhund clubs also allow females in heat to compete, though from what I've observed they are not as focused as they would ordinarily be. The philosphy is that a dog should be obedient no matter what the distraction, even females. We proof our obedience competitors for the scent discrimination exercise by wiping down one or two articles with the scent of a female in season. In a show like the one at Reliant Center in Houston (formerly Astrohall), there may be hundreds of females in all stages of heat, and males must be trained to behave themselves. We do give each other plenty of space, though. We don't bring our male dogs nose to nose and expect them to get along. Fights are very rare at shows for that reason.

Going to doctor about post-nasal drip?

I've tried Claritin, Zyrtec, and Neti pots on my allergies, they take care of EVERYTHING EXCEPT for the nasal drip. I take singing lessons and haven't been able to practice constistantly for the past month, because it sometimes leaves my throat sore. The mucus doesn't flow like it should down my throat, because I can feel it coming down. It comes down in short, tiny globs every 30 seconds. Then my throat will get reall dry (I don't cough it back up).. If i go to a doctor, is there a guarantee that they will be able to find a nasal spray or something that will work? Would it be best to see an allergist or ENT?

ok, i am hearing that my old landlord is trying to evict my old room mate because i owe him for one months rent. i moved out at the end of february, and still owe him for february, i signed off the lease and another person signed back on in my place. so my old room mate is still therre. so i hear from my old roomie and he says the landlord is giving him 13 days to pay it or he is evicting him though i signed off is this legal? its common for him to lie though so its possible that the landlord isnt even saying he is going to make him pay it or eviction.

You should be able to go into Control Panel > Programs > Default Programs > Set ociations and remove the entry from there. Mine doesn't have one, but I only have exe as standalone programs. The true fix is within the registry, but I don't suggest modifying that unless you are 100% sure of what you are doing and know that you can get back if it goes bad.

To test or not to test?

I have a VERY irregular cycle, which is not fun when TTC. I went to my OBGYN last month and he prescribed me Progesterone to produce a period to in turn hopefully induce ovulation. From the progesterone induced period it will be 28 days tomorrow. The past week or so I have been having some.... odd "symptoms" I have felt sick to my stomach... no throwing up, just queezy for about 3 or 4 minutes at a time but it happens 6 or 7 times a day. I have been getting kind of light headed when I exercise or do yoga, and I have noticed that I have been a little more tired, BUT...... A flat universe, does WMAP support this?

I'm not a big fan of the big bang theory myself (not that I do or don't believe in it). Numbness in toes after Swine Flu vaccine (mist)?

Today I received the nasal mist to vaccinate me against Swine Flu. As soon as that happened, three toes on my left foot went numb. It felt like there was a rubber band around them or something. University: Should I use a notebook or a binder?

I use one large binder for every cl. I can't grab the wrong binder by mistake, I always have my work with me, I can rearrange notes for easy studying, I can hole punch handouts and keep them with the relevant notes. I keep a folder for anything I don't want to put holes in and color coded dividers between each cl. I think I only restock on paper once a semester. the binder I used all through college and into grad school is either a mead or five star and it's got a flexible plastic cover and is a 3inch 3 ring binder.

I like artistic because it is the one I do and I just... like it more. I'm not sure if you can say one is harder than the other. Yes artistic is really difficult, but so is rhythmic. I cringe in horror at some of the things those girls go through to be the perfect rhythmic gymnast, so I think they're equal in that department. Um, Rhythmic tends to be prettier, more flowy and graceful imo. Artistic becomes a power show at times. I think rhythmic takes more flexibility, but artistic takes more strength.

1988 honda civic overheating?

we have replaced the thermostat and flushed the coolant and bled the system. while flushing and checking no leaks and no overheating. i test drove it 4 miles and the temp gauge stayed right where it did during the flushing and leak check. i stopped the engine for 5 minutes. when i tried to start again it was hard to start and when it finally did it smoked a lot and the temp immediately redlined within two miles. any suggestions to this problem?

I am constantly having dreams about water. I would say a really great job. Although if you want to lose more weight cut the cheese in breakfast, and half of ham, eat an apple later instead. Cut the rice cake and drink a smoothie instead with no sugar. Lunch is perfect. Dinner is okay although you could eat bread instead of rice for faster results in weight loss.

The reality is that he wont change until he sees the problem for what it is himself, you can't do that for him. You also can't afford to be putting yourself and your son in this situation. I understand this..I did this to, but it wasn't fare on anyone involved. You need to face up to reality and let him go. Raise your son to be strong, intelligent and well loved. This man may one day face his own demons but you can't keep sacrificing yourself and your child in the hope that it happens any day soon. He has no legal right to take your son, it will be hard for you but hey the worst that could happen is you end up a single mum with a beautiful strong boy the best that could happen is it would be the wake up call he needed (although I wouldn't hold your breath) And in regards to visitation rights you can organise for them to be supervised so you know he is able to be apart of his sons life without the possibility of anything going terribly wrong. I have been fighting my sons suspension for over a week. He was threatened to steal a bike for another student and if he didn't he would be hurt. The principal never gave him a chance to tell his story and when I called her she said she did not believe my son. he was lying to try to get out of a punishment. The best thing that worked for my twins, is advice I go in the hospital. I would swaddle the baby, give him a pacifier,and sit in a chair. From there I would gently "swing" her back and forth. (not shake). While he was on his belly, in my hands. To calm them more I would "shhh" in their ear. I would try getting her to stay up more during the day and make sure its bright during day time and dark at night so she can know the difference. Good luck!

But it seems too harsh to follow a rule that married people can NEVER date and have outside of their marriage. That would mean that every married person is forever ENSLAVED to their spouse. It seems too harsh to have a rule that you have to divorce your spouse before you can date or have with other people. I do want to be a person of integrity. ok, today i was trying to install curse client, from curse.com, its for addons for games. and when i downloaded it, and opened it, it said setup.exe has stopped working, and all i could do is click close program. and i tried again, same thing. and now, every website i go to says to download a different program which will most likely fix the problem. so i download the program, and scan, and click fix all, then it says i have register and provide a license key. problem is, every time i try to register for one of the programs, they turn out being over 60$ and up. im 16, i dont have a paypal, or a credit card, and there is no way in hell my parents would pay that, so there goes that option. i have vista, whenever an update is available, i always update. using windows updater already install on my laptop. i have an hp pavilion dv7 i believe. now im just looking for a solution for this setup.exe error FOR FREE PLZ. thank you.
